4. Products, Tributes, & Gifts

• Digital Purchases: After paying for photosets or custom content, you’ll get a download link. Save it. Links may expire or have limited downloads — lost files are your loss.
• Tips & Tributes: Platforms like TipFunder and Throne are your submission channels. Gifts sent through Throne may be rewarded with photos, but that’s my choice, not a promise.
• Custom Requests: Any custom content ordered is final sale and governed by separate agreement details you’ll see when ordering

All sales are final — no refunds or returns on digital or gifted content. You are buying a fantasy, not a guarantee.

5. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secret. I’m not liable if someone else uses your login.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate copyrights or intellectual property.
• Hack, disrupt, or interfere with this site or its systems.
• Use this site for illegal or harmful activities.
